We are a job portal operated by PT Bisadaya Sejahtera Berkarya, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with its headquarters located in Jakarta. Bisadaya facilitates connections between job seekers and employers through our platform.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users, including job seekers, employers, and visitors who access Our platform.

  1. DEFINITION

    Bisadaya Platform refers to the job portal operated by Bisadaya or PT Bisadaya Sejahtera Berkarya, encompassing the website, mobile applications, and other services provided to job seekers and employers, under the name/domain designated by Bisadaya from time to time.

    Seeker refers an individual job seeker who has registered an account on the Bisadaya Platform.

    Employer refers a verified company that provides job vacancy information on the Bisadaya Platform.

    Fast8 People Hub or PT Fatiha Sakti refers the parent company that oversees the operation of digital platforms such as Bisadaya, Gadjian, Hadirr, Baktiku, Payuung, and Pegawe.

    Calendar Day refers to every day of the year according to the Gregorian calendar, without exception, including Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays designated by the government from time to time, and working days that, due to specific circumstances, are declared non-working days by the government.

    Working Day refers to any day other than Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, national holidays in the Republic of Indonesia, and any other day on which general banks in Indonesia are closed and do not operate.

  2. PENGUMPULAN DATA

    1. Seeker: We collect the data and information that you provide when creating an account on the Bisadaya Platform. This includes your name, identification number, date of birth, nationality, email address, phone number, resume details, and any other supporting information or data that you choose to share in order to apply for jobs on the Bisadaya Platform. To support diversity and inclusion, we also request specific data related to disability health information so that we can connect you with companies that support a diverse workforce.
    2. Employer: We collect the data and information necessary to display the job vacancy information you have. This includes the company name, company legal data, NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number), email address, company address, company contact, job description, and any other information or data related to the job vacancy.
    3. We also collect technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system, as well as visitor statistics to measure the performance, security, and improvement of our Platform. We also use cookies and similar technologies to track user activity and enhance your experience on our Platform. You can choose to disable or block cookies through your web browser settings.

  3. DATA USE

    We utilize your data for specific purposes related to our services, as follows:

    1. To ensure the continuity and activity of the services provided to you;
    2. To assist Seekers in obtaining suitable job opportunities and to help Employers find the right candidates for their needs;
    3. To verify the identity of Employers for job vacancies to be posted and to verify the identity of Seekers for each job application;
    4. To facilitate Bisadaya in using your data for purposes related to the provision of services offered by Fast8 People Hub;
    5. To enable you to obtain information or enjoy Events organized by Bisadaya or Fast8 People Hub;
    6. For the operational management of the Services, we provide to you;
    7. To comply with applicable legal obligations; and
    8. For other purposes relevant to the provision of Bisadaya and/or Fast8 People Hub services.

  4. SHARING AND TRANSFER DATA

    1. We share Seeker profiles and application details with Employers to facilitate job matching and the recruitment process. This enables Employers to assess Seeker qualifications and consider Seekers for job opportunities.
    2. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform. Both we and these Third Parties are obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we have specified.

    3. Your Bisadaya account is integrated with other platforms operated by Fast8 People Hub, allowing you to use the same login credentials across multiple Fast8 People Hub platforms. We share your information on these platforms to enhance your experience and the relevance of our services. These services include: 1) Gadjian, 2) Hadirr, 3) Baktiku, and 4) Payuung Pribadi.

      You can agree to the privacy policy and terms and conditions of each Fast8 People Hub service you access. The list of connected services may expand or change over time. You will be notified of any changes through available information channels.

    4. We may share data or information about you with authorized officials or pursuant to court orders in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  5. YOUR RIGHTS

    1. You have the right to access and update your personal information at any time. You can do so by logging into your account and making the necessary changes to your account profile settings.

    2. You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations. If you are a registered User, please contact Bisadaya through our Contact Us as stated in Point 8 of this Privacy Policy to delete your personal data and/or terminate your membership.

      Bisadaya may retain your data after account closure if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or for other legitimate purposes. Your data may also be stored in backup or testing systems for a certain period.
