Kalau kamu mau resign, ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ajukan pengunduran diri secara tertulis minimal 30 hari sebelumnya<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pastikan kamu tidak terikat kontrak kerja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selesaikan semua tanggung jawab sampai hari terakhir kamu di kantor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jadi, kalau kamu tiba-tiba resign tanpa mengikuti aturan ini, memang tidak ada sanksi tegas. Soalnya, aturan ini lebih soal etika kerja, bukan soal pidana atau administrasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tapi, yang perlu diingat, <em>one month notice<\/em> juga berpengaruh ke hak kompensasi. Menurut PP No. 35 Tahun 2021, kalau kamu resign sesuai prosedur, kamu berhak atas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uang penggantian hak, dan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uang pisah (yang besarnya diatur di perjanjian kerja atau aturan perusahaan).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika kamu resign tanpa pemberitahuan 30 hari, perusahaan mungkin menilai kamu belum memenuhi syarat untuk mendapatkan uang pisah. Contohnya, ada yang minta surat resign dikirim ke HRD dan atasan paling lambat dua bulan sebelum hari terakhir kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamu mungkin bertanya, \u201cApa aturan ini melanggar UU?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ternyata, kalau kita cek Pasal 154A UU Ketenagakerjaan, yang dimaksud di sana adalah pemberitahuan minimal 30 hari. Artinya, 30 hari itu batas minimum, tapi perusahaan bisa aja meminta lebih dari itu. Jadi, aturan 60 hari masih sah-sah saja asal tertulis di peraturan perusahaan atau kontrak kerja. Kalau perusahaan tidak mencantumkan aturan khusus, otomatis aturan <em>one month notice<\/em> yang berlaku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nah, buat karyawan kontrak (PKWT) pun aturan <em>one month notice<\/em> tetap berlaku. Jadi, kalau kamu lagi di posisi kontrak dan mau resign, kamu tetap harus kasih tahu minimal 30 hari sebelumnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beberapa perusahaan juga menambahkan aturan soal kompensasi atau hak karyawan yang resign. Sehingga kalau kamu resign tanpa memenuhi syarat yang ditentukan, kamu mungkin kehilangan kompensasi atau surat pengalaman kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tutorial Menghitung One Month Notice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aturan <em>one month notice<\/em> itu berarti kamu perlu memberitahu info untuk resign 30 hari sebelum hari terakhir kamu di kantor, dihitung dari tanggal surat resign diterima HR atau atasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Misalnya, kamu ingin resign per 1 Oktober 2024, pastikan surat resign kamu sudah sampai ke HR dan atasan paling lambat 1 September 2024. Kalau telat, misalnya baru diserahkan setelah tanggal itu, aturan <em>one month notice<\/em> berarti tidak terpenuhi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soal gaji, kalau tanggal resign kamu tidak sama dengan periode <em>cut-off<\/em> gaji, biasanya gaji akan dihitung sesuai waktu kerja yang sudah kamu jalani, atau <em>prorata<\/em>.
